Shop Laborer

Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll support the Manager and team with a variety of assembly and production tasks, including: Assembling materials according to detailed specifications Using basic math skills and handheld measuring tools to ensure accuracy Reading and working from shop sheets and instructions Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving in day-to-day tasks Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Taking on additional responsibilities as needed Qualifications Ability to read and follow shop sheets and technical instructions Capability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience maintaining inventory levels or willingness to learn Comfort working in a fast-paced production setting Strong mechanical inclination and hands-on mindset Confidence using both hand tools and power tools Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately High School Diploma or equivalent Key Skills & Abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Clear and effective communication Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Why Join Us?
