Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Driver/Material and Equipment Delivery driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our operations and our customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies. Your enthusiasm for driving and customer service will help us maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and professionalism. Duties Safely operate trucks with trailers to deliver materials and equipment across designated job sites. Load and unload equipment and supplies at various job sites across Maine while adhering to safety protocols. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record Assist with shop activities such as inventory management, organizing materials, and preparing materials, equipment and supplies for delivery Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driving heavier duty pickup trucks and hauling various trailers (Equipment, Dump and Flatbed) Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving and navigation skills Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving moving equipment or materials Equipment and material handing may include the following types of tasks; may include Ladders, Scaffolding etc. on roof racks, loading of debris in dump trailer or removal of materials off of flatbed trailer General laborer tasks on job sites as needed Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude in all interactions Join us as a Driver/Material and Equipment Delivery Driver if you're passionate about driving, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and thrive on providing exceptional service.
