Job Description
This company located on the south side of Holland has over 30 years of specializing in powder coating services and is looking for a good candidate to work in their rework/sanding department. This role supports production by sanding and assembling parts, installing plugs for the paint line, loading ovens, and handling recycling materials. It's a fast‑paced, physically demanding position involving heavy lifting and work in dusty/dirty areas, with flexibility to move between different departments as needed. Ability to lift 50lbs They will also be sanding parts in Rework, loading and unload of ovens. Lifting up to 50lbs Criminal background and drug screen required Cross-trained in all areas to find the best fit. HS Diploma/GED needed #INDRDS
