What You'll Do In this role, you'll help ensure orders are processed quickly, accurately, and safely.

Your day-to-day may include:

Picking customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, or warehouse systems Carefully packing items of all sizes to prevent damage during shipping Verifying part numbers, quantities, and product quality Labeling, staging, and preparing orders for delivery Assisting with receiving and organizing new inventory Safely moving materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified) Performing inventory counts and reporting discrepancies Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace Collaborating with teammates to meet daily production and shipping What You Bring We're looking for individuals who are: Reliable with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Able to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of lifting and moving warehouse materials safely High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift and move packages throughout the shift Safe operation of warehouse equipment Pay & Schedule $17-$19 per hour (based on experience) Overtime opportunities available Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Full-time position Why Join Great Lakes Warehouse?
