Job Description

Nate O'Grady Landscaping & Tree Service is a growing landscape and hardscape company looking for a Hardscape Laborer who wants to learn, improve, and build a career in the industry. This is a full-time position during our busy season and may become part-time during the off season. Experience is helpful but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. This is not a position for someone looking to simply put in hours and collect a paycheck. We are looking for someone who wants to develop valuable skills, take on more responsibility, and grow into higher-level positions as our company continues to expand. What You'll Do You'll work alongside experienced crew members on high-quality residential and commercial projects including: Paver patios, walkways, and driveways Retaining walls and outdoor living spaces Natural stone installation Excavation and grading Drainage and base preparation Landscape and planting installations Jobsite setup, material handling and cleanup Operation of small equipment and tools as your skills develop What We're Looking For Experience is beneficial, but attitude matters more for this position.
