Job Description
We are a well established family owned and operated business in the farm drainage business. We are looking for reliable help doing general labor duties in a full time position. There is possibility to move into an heavy equipment operator position over time, but we would want you to learn the ground/labor side of the job first. Year round salary pay is also available for the right employee once proven that they can be depended on and it is what they want, but hourly pay is typical. Medical benefits and productivity incentives offered after 90 days. We do pay overtime. Applicants must have a way to get to our shop in Peck daily and ideally have a valid drivers license. From our shop we take a company vehicle to the job-site daily. Duties include shoveling, making pipe connections, assisting the heavy equipment operators (fine grade, maintenance, and etc.), and any other general labor tasks when asked. Room for advancement gained through experience. Applicants should show initiative, be able to work independently and on a team, learn quickly, be willing to work outside, and open to communication(both us to them and them to us).
