General Summary and Purpose:

The Fiberglass Laborer I is a core team member of the Operations Department. The Fiberglass Laborer I is responsible for performing the daily fiberglass assembly procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cutting, grinding, sanding, buffing and assembly of fiberglass parts Maintain equipment and keep workspace in good condition Analyze and report any issues, malfunctions or defective parts Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to work within a team environment Adaptable to a continuous improvement environment and contributes with ideas Ability to work independently with limited direction Must have excellent attendance Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Specifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required Manufacturing experience preferred
