Responsibilities include:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Service Center, work areas, and company grounds Assist mechanics, welders, and fabrication personnel with repairs, assembly, and daily projects Organize tools, equipment, parts, and materials to improve efficiency Load, unload, move, and stage materials and equipment Operate hand tools and shop equipment safely Assist with preventative maintenance activities Help reduce equipment downtime through organization and preparation Follow all company safety procedures and policies Perform additional duties as assigned to support Service Center operations What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work Enjoys hands-on, physical work Is dependable and arrives ready to work Works well independently and as part of a team Communicates effectively with supervisors and coworkers Is eager to learn new skills and grow within the company Works safely while maintaining a sense of urgency Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Open availability, including occasional overtime and Saturday work as business needs require Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds overhead Stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day Frequently bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Why Doetsch Environmental Services?
