• Crookston is hiring 3rd Shift Cut, Grind & Finish (CGF) Laborers to join our growing team!

What You'll Do As a CGF Laborer, you'll play a key role in transforming raw aluminum castings into finished products our customers can count on.

Your work will include:

Cutting, grinding, and finishing aluminum castings Removing excess material and smoothing surfaces Using hand and power tools such as grinders and sanders Inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met Helping maintain equipment and a safe work environment Working alongside a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement Why You'll Love It Here Competitive Pay Monthly Performance Bonus Opportunities up to 5% of your monthly gross earnings!
