Job Description

General Laborer Hope, MN Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p Need to be flexible with start/end time varying due to fluctuating workload. Extended harvest hours (Fall season) $21-$23.00 per hour

Duties of General Laborer:

Perform preventive maintenance and maintain the appearance of equipment, grounds, and facilities Ensure accurate and timely reporting of grain inventories Ensure grain is segregated by grain type Blend and load out grain by truck or train while maintaining a high level of grain quality Assist with loading of trains at terminal locations Shoveling and sweeping of facility Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License Ability to stand, walk, bend, swoop, kneel, crouch, etc throughout entire shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently Attention to detail Grain operation/farm experience No problem working out in the elements Benefits of working with
