Attendance Bonuses:

Duties Operate snow shovels and snow blowers to efficiently clear snow from walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas Apply ice melt or salt to prevent ice formation and ensure safety on surfaces Follow all safety protocols related to outdoor winter work, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Skills Mechanical knowledge related to operating snow removal equipment such as snow blowers and shovels Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence Strong attention to detail in ensuring surfaces are thoroughly cleared of snow and ice Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in cold environments for extended periods This role is ideal for individuals with outdoor work experience who are motivated to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment during winter months.
