Job Description
Scott's Lawn Care (SLC) is looking for motivated Lawn Care and Laborers to join our team at our Maple Plain location. We provide comprehensive services to businesses and residences in the metro area, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn Care Laborer on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed whips, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. No previous experience is required, but we are especially interested in candidates with prior knowledge in the lawn care industry. As a member of the team, you will enjoy: Work Culture

Pay Range:
$19.00- $22.
Laborers:
No driver's license required but must be able to get to work on time.Foremen:
Valid driver's license (No DWIs in the last three years), medically able to drive a commercial vehicle, possess a DOT Med Card (or SLC will pay to get you one). Previous experience is a plus, but not at all required. Positive attitude, works well with others, and leadership mentality. Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds. Bend, lift, and stand for extended periods. About Scott's Lawn Care Scott's Lawn Care (SLC) is a professional and established west metro company of 25+ years. Our reputation for high quality service keeps our business growing. These positions offer year-round employment, competitive pay (pay rate based on experience, potential and other qualifiers,) seasonal bonuses, paid vacation, health care benefits and a retirement plan with company match. We have a consistent client base of residential and commercial properties and DO NOT service tedious town home complexes as most other companies in the industry do. This position offers room for advancement and includes the option of snow plowing in the winter months with a pay increase of $5.00- 10.
