  • This position supports high-volume retail operations across the St.

Paul metro area by ensuring products are accurately stocked, organized, and displayed at multiple store locations each day. You will perform hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment, traveling between assigned retail stores, unloading product, and setting up merchandise to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role suits someone who enjoys staying active, can work independently, and takes pride in maintaining clean, well-presented product displays.

  • Responsibilities
  • + Travel between designated retail locations within an assigned route in the St.

Paul metro area using a personal vehicle each workday.

+ Unload products from delivery vehicles using a pallet jack and 2-wheel dolly, following safe lifting and handling practices.

+ Stock shelves, coolers, and displays accurately and efficiently to ensure products are fully replenished and easy for customers to find.

+ Organize and rotate inventory on the sales floor and in backroom areas to maintain product freshness and visual appeal.

+ Set up, straighten, and maintain product displays and endcaps to support promotional activity and maximize sales opportunities.

+ Assist with basic inventory tasks such as counting, restocking, and verifying product quantities, using a point-of-sale (POS) system when needed.

+ Pull and prepare product orders from back stock to the sales floor to keep high-demand items consistently available.

+ Monitor product levels throughout the day and communicate any low-stock or out-of-stock issues to appropriate store personnel.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in aisles, backrooms, and loading areas while performing merchandising tasks.

+ Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with shoppers and store staff.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and store personnel regarding daily tasks, priorities, and route progress.

+ Adhere to all safety guidelines while lifting, carrying, moving, and transporting products weighing 45-65 pounds regularly.

+ Manage time effectively to complete all assigned stores and merchandising tasks within the scheduled workday.

+ Work occasional weekends and overtime as needed based on business volume and route demands.

  • Essential Skills
  • + At least 6 months of experience using 2-wheel dollies and pallet jacks to safely load and unload products.

+ Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable personal vehicle suitable for daily travel between store locations.

+ Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with store staff and customers.

+ Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.

+ Professional demeanor with sound judgment when working independently in multiple locations.

+ Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 45-65 pounds on a regular basis throughout the workday.

+ Ability to perform physically demanding, hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Willingness and ability to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed.

+ Dependability and punctuality to meet route schedules and store expectations.

  • + Previous route delivery or merchandising experience in a retail environment.

+ Experience with stocking, order pulling, and basic inventory processes.

+ Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory-related functions.

+ Comfort navigating between multiple locations within a metro area.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when setting and maintaining displays.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision while staying productive and on schedule.

  • Work Environment
  • This is a field-based role with a route-style schedule, working primarily Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch.

Actual end times may vary based on route completion, and some days may extend past 5:00 PM, with overtime possible as needed. Team members are assigned to one of several route pairings, such as Burnsville-Chanhassen, Bloomington-Eagan, Minnetonka-St. Louis Park, or Roseville-Woodbury, and use their personal vehicles to commute between the two stores on their route each day. The work is highly physical and fast-paced, involving frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products and operating equipment such as pallet jacks and 2-wheel dollies in retail store and backroom environments. Flexibility is important, as daily workload and route timing can change based on store needs and product volume.

  • The pay range for this position is $18.00
  • $20.

00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
