Responsibilities Assist with snow removal, including shoveling, plowing, and salting walkways, parking lots, and access roads to ensure safety and accessibility. Perform routine maintenance tasks on outdoor facilities, including clearing debris and inspecting for hazards. Monitor outdoor areas regularly to identify potential safety issues or hazards and report them promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of winter activities and respond quickly to changing weather conditions. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing snow and debris from designated areas throughout shifts. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in cold weather conditions while standing, walking, or lifting for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team. Prior experience with outdoor maintenance or snow removal is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
