Tree Crew Laborer

Blue Pine Works LLC is hiring a part-time Tree Care Laborer to assist crews with cleanup and ground support on tree jobs throughout East Central Minnesota.

Primary duties include:

Dragging brush Raking and cleanup Loading logs and debris Assisting crews on jobsites General outdoor physical labor This is physically demanding work performed outdoors in all weather conditions including heat, cold, mud, rain, snow, and rough terrain. We are looking for someone who: Shows up on time Works hard without constant supervision Follows direction Maintains a steady pace Helps crews stay productive No experience required. No CDL required. This is a labor position focused on ground support and cleanup, not a climbing or equipment operator role. Part-time hours available.

Pay:

$15-20/hr depending on reliability and work ethic.
