Required Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have a clean driving history Must own their own personal reliable transportation OSHA 10 certified Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work Must have flexible schedule. (nights, weekends, early mornings, and occasionally extended shifts). Key Responsibilities Apply pavement markings and striping at commercial and municipal properties Measure and lay out parking lots according to site plans, specifications, and approved scopes of work Read and follow job information, blueprints, drawings, and layout instructions Operate striping machines, stencils, blowers, and other specialized tools and equipment Assist with loading and unloading trucks using specialized ramps Walk behind or operate equipment in parking lots, warehouses, playgrounds, and other work areas Fill machines, position stencils, prepare surfaces, and clean work areas as needed Assist the Crew Leader, Operations Manager, or Owner with measurements and layout work Review the scope of work and help ensure each project is completed accurately Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs or defects Clean and organize equipment, stencils, trucks, materials, and warehouse areas Use company software on a mobile phone to clock in and out, review job information, document work, upload photographs, and maintain accurate records Follow all company policies, traffic-control requirements, and OSHA safety procedures Promptly report jobsite concerns, safety issues, mistakes, or unexpected conditions to management Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to: Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain physically active for extended periods Lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials Work around paint, machinery, moving vehicles, and active parking areas Perform work during daytime and nighttime hours

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 25.0 per week
