As a Shop Laborer , you will be stacking manufactured liners on pallets according to customer requirements and inspecting completed liners to ensure we produce and supply our customers with the highest quality products possible.
Job Duties:
Read customer requirement sheets in order to fill orders accurately and with high quality. Assist co-workers in manufacturing equipment setups, maintenance and repair. Assist co-workers in wrapping and securing completed liners for transport. Stacking liners on pallets neatly and correctly according to customer requirements. Inspect the liner as it comes off the manufacturing table for quality control purposes. Report any quality problems to the Supervisor immediately. Review supply/parts inventory and report any shortages. Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
Typical Physical Demands:
Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, and twisting. Ability to lift and move at least 50-75 lbs. on a continuous basis Able to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vests, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working as required by the job.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday but could include weekends, evenings and/or holidays - flexibility is required as job duties demand.
