What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of company facilities and addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally to ensure safe and efficient operations. Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including furnaces and air-conditioning systems (EPA certification not required) Service and repair water heaters, solar collection tanks, and appliances Perform general plumbing repairs, including fixtures, disposals, drains, and piping Complete basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs (lighting, outlets, switches, minor diagnostics) Conduct general carpentry, painting, and building repairs (doors, drywall, trim, hardware, etc.) Perform groundskeeping and exterior facility maintenance as needed Provide maintenance support for additional facility systems and equipment as required Perform skilled work in one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, locksmith, etc.) requiring solid working knowledge and troubleshooting ability Respond promptly to service requests while providing excellent internal customer service Accurately document all work performed in accordance with company policy Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and unexpected repairs Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Follow all company policies and comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations
Qualifications:
3+ years of facilities, building maintenance, or multi-trade experience preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests Valid driver's license Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
Physical Requirements:
