We take pride in our craftsmanship, teamwork, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Hardscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically capable, and takes pride in hands-on work. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of pavers, patios, walkways, and retaining walls Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and leveling ground Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors Maintain a clean and organized job site Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping preferred (but not required) Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in various weather conditions Team-oriented with a positive attitude Valid driver's license is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime On-the-job training and advancement opportunities

Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
