Server/Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server or Bartender to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Enter orders into the POS system or cash register
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
• Prepare and deliver guest checks, process payments, and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Adhere to all food handling, service, and safety regulations
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve any issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred but not required
• Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
• Familiarity with POS systems or cash registers is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service
