Chesapeake Containment is seeking a dependable Facility Laborer to support daily operations at our Albany, NY retail location. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and safe store and warehouse areas, assisting with stocking, inventory movement, and basic repairs, and setting up fixtures and displays. The Facility Laborer will load and unload shipments, operate basic material handling equipment, and follow safety procedures. You'll work closely with store and operations teams in a collaborative, inclusive environment with training, clear procedures, and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of store, stockroom, and facility areas Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory and materials Perform basic facility repairs and minor maintenance tasks Set up and adjust store fixtures, displays, and equipment Operate pallet jacks or forklifts in a safe manner, if certified Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents Support store and operations teams with special projects as needed Assist with basic inventory counts and stock rotation Required Skills Facility maintenance Basic repair skills Material handling Forklift or pallet jack operation Inventory handling Safety and OSHA awareness Cleaning and sanitation Retail backroom operations Basic record keeping Teamwork and communication
