Job Summary Wilmington Marine Construction is a fast-growing company with lots of room for growth and future long-term career potential. We are looking for a subcontractor who is self-motivated and has a background in marine construction, construction or a skilled labor trade. This position will meet the demand for a skilled individual who can execute, adapt, and problem solve as our company continues to grow. Along with working directly with the team and assisting in tasks where needed, with the ability to take direction. Requirements Age- 18 or older Valid Driver's license Self-motivated & drama free Common sense Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks Lifting, carrying and moving materials Backing/Pulling a trailer Work in all weather conditions Punctual and reliable Familiar and comfortable with basic carpentry tools Assisting in setting up and breaking down of jobsite Carry out general maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and tidy work site Make supply runs to vendors when necessary Preferred Bonded and Insured (if skilled labor jobs involved) Relevant tools and equipment depending on the job Mini excavator and skid steer experience Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience to Casey@wilmingtonmarineconstruction.com.
