Assist with casing operations at drilling and rig locations Handle, guide, and position casing during operations Assist with preparing casing, connections, and related equipment Operate and assist with casing tools and equipment as directed Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas before and after each job Load, unload, organize, and secure equipment for transportation Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and equipment Follow instructions from supervisors, crew leads, rig personnel, and customers Communicate clearly with crew members during casing operations Recognize potential hazards and immediately report unsafe conditions Follow all Pathfinder, customer, and location-specific safety requirements Wear required personal protective equipment at all times Work safely around heavy equipment, moving machinery, and suspended loads Complete assigned paperwork, safety documentation, and job-related records accurately Travel to different rig locations and remain available for changing job schedules Work effectively as part of a crew in fast-paced and physically demanding conditions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform additional duties as assigned by management or the crew lead
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Must be physically capable of performing demanding labor for extended periods Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment Willing to work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, rain, snow, and other changing weather conditions Available to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed Dependable, safety-minded, and able to follow directions Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and participate in random testing Previous casing or oilfield experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
