Job Description

Overview Marina Yard Helper We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Marina Yard Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on position supporting the daily operations of our marina and boatyard. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has basic mechanical ability, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in the marine industry. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows directions, works safely, and is willing to learn new skills. Responsibilities Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks and heavy lifting activities Paint Bottoms Clean Boats Moving Cement Blocks & Stands Cleaning the Shop Move Boats Operate Heavy Equipment and Machinery Qualifications Previous experience in a marina, boatyard, preferred but not required. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment. Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license required. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
