WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A DRIVER HELPER

Assists the furniture delivery driver in making deliveries to W.B. Mason customers with a focus on timeliness and customer service. Places, assembles, and installs furniture to customer specifications. Ensures correct items are off-loaded at each stop. Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers. Communicates issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Exceptional customer service skills Outstanding communication skills Detail-oriented Interested and able to work in a team-oriented work environment Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Ability to converse, read, and write in English Ability to regularly move and/or lift up to 100 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred
