Job Description
40 hours per week 12 months per school year Initial hours of assignment: 6:00am•2:30pm (Monday•Friday) (inclusive of ½ hour unpaid lunch)

Responsibilities:
Performs miscellaneous manual work in an office, on the grounds, or about the building; does related work as required.Requirements:
Ability to perform Ground Care duties•Mow lawns, weeding, snow shoveling. Ability to do manual and unskilled maintenance repair work. Ability to perform unskilled work repairing mechanical equipment and heating systems. Ability to do minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Ability to move furniture, load and unload trucks, good physical condition, strength & stamina.Preferred:
Ability to perform routine cleaning. Elementary education. Able to run errands to make deliveries and pickups.
