Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable entry-level mold assembly laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing and mold assembly. Employees will receive hands-on training while learning how to assemble, clean, maintain, and prepare molds used in plastic injection and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking to train on 1st shift and then transition into 2nd shift. Responsibilities Assemble mold components using hand and power tools. Clean, inspect, and prepare molds for production use. Read and follow basic blueprints, prints, and work instructions. Inspect parts and molds for quality and accuracy. Assist with mold maintenance and repairs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Experience No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided, but basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn is a must. Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
