Job Summary Mowing Laborer:

Preform mowing and string trimming on both residential and commercial properties on a weekly basis. Experience is not required but helpful. Mowing laborer will have a crew leader over them to help train and manage them while performing their daily tasks. Typical work day will be between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday thru Friday; weather permitting. We offer health, vision, dental insurance, work clothing allowance, 401k, paid holidays. Responsibilities Operate mowing equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently to maintain lawns, turf areas Follow safety protocols rigorously during all grounds maintenance activities to prevent accidents and injuries Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs Experience Prior outdoor work experience or landscaping background is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Basic mechanical knowledge related to grounds maintenance equipment operation is advantageous Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds care and landscape improvement

Pay:

$14.50 - $17.00 per hour
