Sidewalk Crew Member H&M Snow Pros — A Visterra Company Apply HERE or online: https://www.hmsnowpros.com/cleveland-snowplowing-jobs.html Job Overview H&M Snow Pros is hiring Sidewalk Crew Members for the winter snow season. Sidewalk Crew Members are responsible for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, steps, and other pedestrian areas at commercial properties. This is a seasonal, part-time, on-call position . Employees must be available to respond when winter weather events require snow removal services. No previous snow-removal experience is required. What You'll Do Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, steps, and pedestrian areas. Operate snow blowers and other small snow-removal equipment. Shovel snow and remove snow from areas that cannot be reached with equipment. Apply salt or other approved de-icing materials as directed. Help maintain safe and accessible pedestrian areas throughout snow events. Work as part of a team to complete assigned commercial properties efficiently. Follow directions from supervisors and communicate changing site conditions or safety concerns. Perform basic cleaning and care of assigned equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment. What We're Looking For Dependable and willing to work during winter weather events. Able to work outdoors in snow, cold, wind, and other winter conditions. Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, shoveling, and lifting. Willing to work overnight, early morning, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when weather conditions require. Able to work independently and as part of a crew. Reliable transportation to the assigned H&M Snow Pros location. Previous snow-removal experience is helpful but not required . Pay $25-$35 per hour Pay may vary based on experience, responsibilities, and equipment operated. Work Area H&M Snow Pros services commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio, including Lake, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Summit, and Portage Counties . Employees are not expected to work throughout all of these counties . Employees will generally be scheduled for assignments in an area closest to their residence , based on operational needs and available work. Schedule Seasonal Part-time On-call Weather dependent Overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday work may be required during snow events Position Requirements The ability to reliably respond when scheduled and safely perform outdoor winter work is more important than previous snow-removal experience.
