Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting warehouse operations by performing various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to operate warehouse equipment effectively. Responsibilities Build and package products for shipping, ensuring that all items are prepared according to quality standards. Operate reach trucks and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently within the warehouse. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists. Maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 software. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely completion of tasks. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management or labor positions is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Ability to operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory management. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
