Full-TimePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring General Labor / Extrusion Helpers for a plastic bag manufacturing company in South Oklahoma City. We have openings available on both day and night shifts.

This is a hands-on production and warehouse position for candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to learn and be trained. Extrusion Helpers will assist with daily production operations, material handling, packaging, and other duties needed to keep the extrusion process running efficiently.

Candidates must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts, performing physical work, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Available ShiftsDay Shift:

8:00 AM

• 8:00 PMWeek 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
• 48 hoursWeek 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• 36 hoursRotating shift every week.

Night Shift:

8:00 PM

• 8:00 AMWeek 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
• 48 hoursWeek 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• 36 hoursRotating shift every week.

Job ResponsibilitiesAssist machine operators with the extrusion and production processHelp prepare, move, and organize materials used in productionMonitor materials and finished products during the manufacturing processMeasure materials and products using a tape measureAssist with packaging, banding, and preparing finished productsMove materials and products throughout the production areaAssist with loading, unloading, and staging materialsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow production instructions and quality standardsLearn company equipment, products, and manufacturing processesFollow all company and facility safety proceduresAssist with additional production and warehouse duties as neededRequirementsPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnMust be dependable and trainableMust be able to accurately read a tape measureMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
