Job Description
Duties Responsible for providing operational support to activities who provides support to customers in various scheduled events and functions. Responsible for conference room configuration, beginning with organizing tables, chairs, audio/video equipment from storage to actual setup of this furniture/equipment. Loads and unloads equipment and furniture, moves materials using hand trucks or dollies; stacks and arranges for storage. Cleans work area such as carpets, etc. Cleans floors using heavy industrial-powered equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a medical examination. Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities. Physical required. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 40 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.. Required to stand, walk, bend and kneel for lengthy periods of time. A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following Three (3) months of laborering experience required Must have the ability to use, control, and clean tools and power equipment. Must be able to lift 15-44 lbs. Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervision.
