Role Description The Direct Laborer role at Pandrol is a full-time, on-site position based in Memphis, TN. This role involves performing hands-on tasks in a manufacturing or production environment, including operating equipment, assembling components, handling materials, and following standardized work procedures to meet daily production targets.
