Job Description
Mansfield Service Partners is looking for a fuel and lube Driver Helper in Converse, TX (near San Antonio). We're looking for a Helper to assist our Fuel and Lube Driver in providing on-site fueling and preventative maintenance services for heavy equipment at customer job sites. In this role, you'll help keep construction equipment fueled, greased, and ready for operation while following all safety procedures and maintaining company equipment. Vacation increases with tenure Cell phone carrier discount program Explore even more benefits and perks at the end of this posting Responsibilities Work alongside an experienced Fuel & Lube Driver to provide on-site fueling and preventative maintenance for customer equipment. Help fuel, grease, and lubricate heavy equipment to keep it operating safely and efficiently. Check and top off fluid levels, perform basic equipment inspections, and assist with scheduled preventative maintenance services. Record equipment hours and mileage to support accurate maintenance records. Prepare and maintain the service truck by restocking fuel, fluids, grease, and supplies for the next day's route. Keep the service truck clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. Follow all customer site safety requirements and company safety procedures, including proper use of required PPE. Provide professional, courteous service while working at customer job sites. Schedule Early morning start times working into the afternoon Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday work as business needs require. Requirements Formal Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver's License Knowledge & Experience Experience with tools, including hand tools like pliers and wrenches, required Mechanical aptitude or experience performing basic preventative maintenance is preferred Experience working around heavy equipment or construction equipment is a plus. Qualifications & Characteristics Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
