Job Description

Community Canvasser - $20, $140/day We are hiring Gambian community canvassers to join our team in the San Antonio area. As a community canvasser, you will go door-to-door speaking with residents about important issues affecting their communities, including healthcare, affordable housing, food and gas prices, good-paying jobs, and child care.

Pay:

$140 per day

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

2:00 PM-9:00

PM Saturday-Sunday:

12:00 PM-7:00 PM Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:

Speak with residents door-to-door about important community issues
Record information accurately using a mobile app
Follow the provided script and training
Meet daily canvassing goals
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while speaking with residents

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual
Comfortable speaking with people
Able to walk and work outdoors for the duration of the shift
Must have a smartphone
No previous canvassing experience required Training is provided.
