Driver Helper

Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages from box trucks using heavy lifting techniques and appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies when necessary Support route driving by helping to organize deliveries efficiently and ensuring timely arrivals at each stop Load, secure, and unload cargo safely to prevent damage during transit Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups Collaborate closely with drivers to ensure all deliveries are completed according to schedule and company standards Follow safety protocols diligently, including manual transmission operation and proper handling of heavy or bulky items Experience Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Experience with complex appliances and installation is a plus Familiarity with delivery responsibilities such as load & unload procedures along with heavy lifting will be needed Ability to operate equipment like drills, hand tools and dollies is beneficial; experience is a plus but not mandatory Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform moving tasks safely is essential Valid driver's license or Identification card and able to pass drug screen and background check a must Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions and maintaining focus during long routes Join us today to be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering excellence!
