This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting assembly lines and manufacturing operations. You'll be an essential part of maintaining safety standards, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to continuous process improvements. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly and disassembly of components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge. Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely to move materials within the facility. Measure parts and materials accurately using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Interpret technical drawings and production documents to support manufacturing tasks. Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support production needs while adhering to safety protocols. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety standards in production environments. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with assembly line operations and mechanical assembly is advantageous. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments is essential. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles, is desirable. Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams will be considered a plus. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, forklift operation, and manual handling techniques is required. Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols diligently and contribute to a safe working environment.
