JOB DESCRIPTION

NoHat Staffing is hiring General Laborers for temporary and on-call assignments supporting work in the City of Denton area. We are looking for dependable workers who are comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors and can respond to assignments on short notice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general labor and maintenance support Pick up debris, yard waste and bulky items Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance Assist with irrigation and general maintenance work Perform painting and cleanup Load, unload, carry, push and pull materials Use basic hand tools and small equipment as directed Follow instructions from City supervisors Maintain a safe and clean work area Work effectively independently and as part of a team Perform other general labor duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and climb as required Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work Reliable and punctual Able to follow verbal and written instructions Reliable transportation to assigned work locations Willingness to complete required background and drug screening Must be available for short-notice assignments Must be willing to work weekends when assignments require

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
