In this role, you will be actively involved in assembling, inspecting, and handling automotive components within a fast-paced factory environment. Your hands-on skills and adherence to safety standards will ensure high-quality output and continuous process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute to innovative manufacturing projects and develop their technical expertise. Responsibilities Operate various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assemble and modify automotive parts with precision. Use forklifts and manual handling techniques to move heavy materials safely around the manufacturing facility. Interpret technical drawings, production documents, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate component assembly. Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications. Assist in process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of heavy or hazardous materials. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents. Experience in assembly line work, mechanical assembly, or production management is a plus. Strong manual handling skills for lifting heavy components safely. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles. Ability to work effectively as part of a team managing production or assembly tasks under strict deadlines.
