Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Laborer to manage day-to-day physical operations in our outdoor yard. In this role, you will handle heavy physical inventory duties—such as pulling material, loading trucks, maintaining yard cleanliness, and organizing stock—while using our proprietary internal software and standard computer tools to track and log operational data.

Key Responsibilities Material Handling:

Accurately pull materials based on work orders and safely load/unload delivery vehicles.

Outdoor Yard Maintenance:

Work outdoors daily to maintain clean, safe, and organized staging areas, storage racks, and walkways.

Digital Tracking & Inventory System:

Use our internal software system to log material receipts, stage orders, and update real-time inventory counts.

Reporting & Data Entry:

Maintain daily logs and process inventory reports using Microsoft Word and Excel alongside our internal tracking platform.

Safety Compliance:

Rigorously follow all workplace safety protocols, proper lifting techniques, PPE requirements, and material handling procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications Heavy Physical Stamina:

Ability to consistently lift, push, pull, and carry 50-75+ lbs throughout the workday.

Outdoor Capabilities:

Ability and willingness to perform continuous physical labor outdoors year-round in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).

Tech Comfort:

Ability to quickly learn and navigate our internal custom tracking system.

Basic Computer Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word (processing forms) and Excel (data entry, basic spreadsheets).

Work Ethic:

High attention to detail, strong safety awareness, reliable transportation, and consistent punctuality.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
