High School Diploma or GED Preferred Position Summary ERNA Sands LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Floor Hand to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are committed to maintaining a safe, productive work environment. The Floor Hand will assist with general plant operations, material handling, equipment maintenance, housekeeping duties, and other tasks necessary to support daily production activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the operation and maintenance of sand processing equipment. Perform general labor and housekeeping duties throughout the facility. Load, unload, move, and stage materials as needed. Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and tools. Assist with inspections and basic preventative maintenance activities. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous industrial, manufacturing, construction, or labor experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work safely in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing. Repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to work extended periods outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and dust conditions. Employment Requirements Must successfully pass a background check.
