A laborer is a worker who performs physical tasks and manual labor as part of their job. They are employed in a variety of industries from Warehousing to Manufacturing. Responsibilities can include assisting with shipping and receiving operations, moving equipment, and organizing inventory.
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Laborer to support daily yard and equipment operations. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting with the cleaning and preparation of rental equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities Clean products, materials, equipment, and yard areas to maintain a safe and organized workspace. Remove debris and assist with general yard maintenance. Operate power tools, hand tools, and form-cleaning equipment as needed. Assist with cleaning, renovating, and preparing forms and materials for rental use. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures and operating instructions. Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred. Ability to wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the workday. Frequently move and carry materials. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Work Environment Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain. Occasional exposure to moving machinery, airborne particles, and industrial materials.
