We're hiring a VP of Vehicle Operations to join our team in a fast-growing, hands-on environment. Experience working with electric vehicles, modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Anthropic), and managing frontline technical teams is required. If you're looking for an opportunity, not just a job , this is the place. Overview This is not a "maintenance" role — you'll be building the operating system from the ground up. You'll start by owning a single facility in Austin and grow into leading multi-site operations as we expand. As scope grows, compensation grows. What You'll Do 0-12 months Own day-to-day operations of our Austin facility Lead and develop a small team (technicians, shipping logistics, procurement, etc.) Build processes for throughput, quality, and efficiency Hire and train early operations staff Work directly with the CEO/Founder to solve problems and execute 24-36 months Help launch additional facilities Standardize operations across sites Manage multiple Facilities Managers Improve throughput, reliability, and unit economics Who This Is For We're looking for a high-upside operator early in their leadership career who wants more ownership and faster growth than a large company can offer.

Required background:

Tesla, Porsche, Lucid or Rivian Service Center Supervisor / Assistant Manager , OR Gigafactory, AMP-1 or Normal line / area supervisor , OR Similar high-performance operations environment Typical profile: Currently managing ~5-15 people Strong executor — hands-on, process-driven Comfortable working on the floor, not just behind a desk Looking to step into a larger leadership role quickly What This Role Is NOT Not a corporate "VP" desk role Not a strategy-only position Not a fit for career executives or salary-maximizers This is a builder role .

Compensation Base:

$100,000 - $115,000

Bonus:

~10% performance-based
