Clear Background Required TWIC Recommended, Not Required Position Summary All Temps Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, landscaped areas, walkways, and exterior grounds in a clean, safe, and professional condition. The ideal candidate has prior groundskeeping or landscaping experience, dependable transportation, strong attendance, and the ability to work safely outdoors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas. ? Trim shrubs, hedges, small trees, and other vegetation as assigned. ? Remove weeds, leaves, trash, branches, and debris from grounds and walkways. ? Plant, water, mulch, and maintain flowers, shrubs, grass, and other landscape materials. ? Inspect grounds for hazards, damage, irrigation concerns, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly. ? Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, and other groundskeeping tools safely. ? Perform basic cleaning and routine care of assigned tools and equipment. ? Keep sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and outdoor common areas clean and presentable. ? Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). ? Assist with other property-maintenance or general labor duties as assigned. Qualifications and Requirements ? Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn-care, or similar outdoor-maintenance experience required. ? Must be able to pass the required pre-employment background screening. ? Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations is required. ? Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is recommended but not required. ? Ability to safely operate common groundskeeping tools and equipment. ? Dependable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions. ? Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions and perform physically active work. ? Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team. Safety and Work Expectations Maintain a safety-first approach and immediately report hazards, injuries, or equipment concerns. Protect client property and maintain clean, organized work areas. Use equipment only as trained and follow all site-specific rules and PPE requirements.
