Job Description
JPI is looking for labor help at our Terrell facility. JP Industrial is a plastic recycling company with 5 locations nationwide. We are looking for helpful hands who can help the team achieve daily production goals. Associates should be comfortable in a warehouse environment and around heavy machinery. This associate will provide support for the operations team in a variety of ways to ensure efficient production. We are looking for someone who is able to support the operations team in their duties. You will be responsible assisting in the handling of scrap materials, moving them around the facility, feeding materials into industrial grinders, and working closely with the Operations team to bridge any additional gaps. Responsibilities Provide support to operations team Be communicative of production output and goals with staff Share a trusting relationship with workgroup Commit to plant safety procedures Skills Communication Experience working with teams Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory Forklift experience is a plus Warehouse or industrial experience is a plus
