• Maintain client files
• Working knowledge of Clover, DoorDash, UberEats
• All invoicing of catering events, restaurants, tailgates, etc
• Receive & posting of payments either by credit card, check or cash
• Weekly A/R reports
• Prepare Daily Sales Report
• Maintain listing of all deposits on future events
• Daily run to Post Office and bank as needed
• Work closely with sales staff coordinating invoicing & payments
• Work with clients as needed for payments
• Assist in collecting past due payments
• Processing and entering Restaurant sales
• Processing and entering Bar reports

Knowledge/Skill Set:

Quickbooks Desktop experience required Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Maintain a high level of intellectual curiosity, high energy and self starter Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and leadership teams in a professional and friendly manner Candidate must be a team player and be accepting of changes and adaptions to new processes, while clearly conveying information and ideas Possess the ability to interface in a support and consulting role with all levels of the organization through well-developed interpersonal skills Pay Range will be based on experience. This position has room for growth and opportunity. Flexible but consistent schedule.
