Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Manual Sorting:

Efficiently inspect and sort recyclable items?including milk jugs, plastic bottles, detergent containers, aluminum cans, paper, and cardboard?from conveyor belts or sorting areas.

Material Quality Control:

Quickly identify and remove non-recyclable items, trash, or hazardous materials to prevent contamination.

All-Weather Operations:

Work comfortably both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and high-energy warehouse environments.

Maintain Safety & Cleanliness:

Keep sorting lines, equipment, and work bays clean, organized, and clear of hazards to ensure a safe workspace for everyone.

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside team members to hit daily tonnage and processing goals safely and efficiently.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 4:00

PM Skills:

Preferred Skills (Plus, Not Required)

Previous Experience:

Prior background in waste management, recycling, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or general labor.

Adaptability:

Comfort working outdoors in ambient temperatures (heat, cold, or rain).
