Position Title:
Entry Manufacturing Laborer - 1st
Shift Pay Rate :
$20.40/hr + Sign on
Bonus :
$500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months,
Retention Bonus :
$500 after 1 year Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:
Check for count accuracy and conformance to specification Double check for quality issues, communicating them to control room operator or wet end operator Measure finished sheet for accuracy Insert Proper load tags into finished "measured" units Check unit for appearance Operate count station and load tag printer Restack non-conforming units Hand-flip bundles when warped, or otherwise required] Properly document non-conforming materials onto disposition sheet Determine whether order is complete or partial Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment Operator must be proficient in using/reading tape measure and safe use of utility knife Operator must keep work areas clean and free of debris, including keeping floor clean of sheets Operator must be able to safely lift/move up to 50lbs during regular work shift Operator must follow lock-out/ tag-out procedures Prepare and set in place the "Top" dunnage for unit strapping Counting and stacking finished product Reading orders

Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience Stable and verifiable work history
