Assists full-time Landscape Gardeners with grounds duties. Assist with planting, weeding, mulching, deadheading, pruning, digging, raking, watering, trash removal, and sweeping. The applicant must commit to a position that is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures. Must be available for on call snow removal mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Picking up leaves and debris. Weeding Watering Plants Mulching Snow removal Assisting with tree and shrub pruning projects. Lawn care (mowing, edging, trimming etc.). Picking up litter Assisting full-time gardeners with other grounds duties. Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications Requires little to no related experience. Preferences Experience or interest in horticulture or related field. Able to work at least 19-30 hours per week. May not exceed 1560 hours per year.
