Job Description
Huber Engineered Woods (HEW), a division of J.M. Position Summary Learn all the on boarding skills to successfully transition into an operational role when the opportunity becomes available. Learn the key components of the mill and the operational process flow. Clean the main process building by shoveling, sweeping, vacuuming, and disposing of debris. Provide outside yard cleanup and support. Seeks opportunities to decrease waste and improve sustainability throughout the mill. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Rotate and learn the operational activities of the entire process Cleans main process building. Maintains Geo energy area by cleaning equipment and removing sludge. Supports down day by cleaning the WESP units and associated equipment. Learn to complete operational PM's which will include safety inspections, fire protection inspections, and environmental inspections. Complete site safety and housekeeping audits. Learn to complete facility fire inspections and maintain housekeeping of the Fire Building and Confined Space Building. Maintains grounds. Develop the skills to properly inspect and operate manlifts, forklifts, loaders, sweepers, and other mobile equipment. Notifies Shift Supervisor and/or Maintenance Department of any equipment problems. Performs other duties as may be assigned. Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills/Education Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred- 3 years in a manufacturing setting.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
